Reflecting On The First Online Breakfast Club!

The very first online Breakfast Club took place on 2 Feb! We had a great turnout with over 70 people in attendance. There was a fascinating discussion between Diarmaid Ó Corrbuí, the CEO of Carmichael Ireland and Elaina Ryan the CEO of Children’s Books Ireland facilitated by Sharon Hughes, the Leadership Academy manager. The conversation covered a range of areas including: 

• Environments conducive to leadership development 
• Empowering people with leadership potential 
• Qualities of a good leader 
• Best leadership advice our speakers ever received 
• Having the right focus for your leadership development

• Attracting and retaining leaders 
• Training & development opportunities 
• Setting leadership goals 
• And much more!  

All in all, it was a great session and there was no shortage of good ideas and inspiration!
