Mary Portas has had an astonishing career. In this book she outlines her career path and uses her experiences to reflect on the changes she believes we need to make to how we work in order to fully support women in the workplace. Mary quit her role that she was hugely successful in to start a business she believes are aligned with her values, which proved also, hugely successful

She closes the book with a ‘Call to Action’ for women at all stages in their careers peppered with advice and reflections on what shes learned.

Sharon says its a book she wish she read in her 20’s and Mairead was the one who made Sharon read it so this one gets a massive thumbs up from Team-Skills!

Also if you happen to know Mary, or are Mary, please come on our Breakfast club please and thank you
