Knowing and understanding the law around charity and voluntary work is essential to good management structures and to ensuring that your organisation continues to thrive while at the same time remaining compliant with regulations.
The Law Society of Ireland’s Diploma Centre, in collaboration with The Wheel, is offering its popular Certificate in Charity Law, Trusteeship and Governance once again in spring 2023. This course, which has a very practical emphasis, will equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to maintain integrity and uphold standards in their organisation.

The course is delivered in a blended fashion, with a number of in-person workshops hosted in Blackhall Place, Dublin and the majority of lectures hosted online.
The Certificate in Charity Law, Trusteeship and Governance is especially suitable for charity CEOs, board members, managers, lawyers and other individuals working with and within the charity sector.
