It is designed to help leaders deal with the many complex realities of navigating and leading change in the nonprofit sector.
The programme contains four core modules:
Designed to be both practical and inspirational in nature this programme equips leaders and emerging leaders with the tools to deepen their self-awareness, develop their personal leadership style and gain an applied understanding of innovative strategies for managing change in complex environments.
This certificate programme is accredited through the National University of Ireland Maynooth.
Applications are now open for the 2023 intake until Friday 15 September. APPLY HERE!
“I did the Transformative Leadership course a number of years ago and I really enjoyed every module and looked forward to attending all of them. I found the group conversations with my peer leaders energising and stimulating. The experience of the dialogical process and the excellent facilitation of the team was transformative to me as a leader. I encouraged a number of our staff to do the course the following years and they shared similar positive experiences. After a number of years the idea that stayed with me was to strive to be a leader that created opportunities for staff and students in my organisation ‘to soar to their strengths’. I work hard to achieve this and it’s the style of leadership that I continue to aspire to even after all these years.” – Mary Maher, Dublin Adult Learning Centre
